๐Ÿ“ What Happens After You Submit Your Application

ย

Thanks for applying to join Your Nursing Agency (YNA)!
Once your application comes through our online system, our recruitment team carefully reviews it to make sure we match you to the right roles and support you through the next steps.

Hereโ€™s what happens next ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ” Step 1: Screening Your Application

When your application is received, our recruitment consultants will screen it based on your role type, such as:

Registered Nurse (RN)

Enrolled Nurse (EN)

Assistant in Nursing (AIN)

Personal Care Worker (PCW)

Disability Support Worker (DSW)

Our system also gives your application an AI match score based on your resume and experience.
Recruiters can filter applications by score:

โœ… 75% and above โ€” strong matches (reviewed first)

โš™๏ธ 50โ€“75% โ€” potential matches

โš ๏ธ 25โ€“50% or below โ€” lower match

Recruiters always start with the highest scores, then work their way down.

๐Ÿ“‹ Step 2: Reviewing Your Resume and Profile

Your recruiter will review your resume, experience, and the information in your online profile.

If your application meets the key requirements, youโ€™ll be contacted for a phone screen.
If it doesnโ€™t meet the criteria:

PCW, DSW or AIN applicants will receive an email letting them know they were unsuccessful.

RN or EN applicants will usually receive a phone call where the recruiter explains the decision and offers feedback.

โ˜Ž๏ธ Step 3: The Phone Screen

If your application looks suitable, a recruiter will call you to:

Confirm the details on your application

Ask a few extra questions about your experience and availability

Explain the next steps in the recruitment process

If everything looks good, theyโ€™ll let you know an email will be sent requesting your compliance documents.

๐Ÿ“ง Step 4: Submitting Your Compliance Documents

Once you receive the compliance email:

Gather your required documents (e.g. ID, qualifications, checks).

Upload or send them as instructed.

Let your recruiter know once completed.

๐Ÿ’ก Itโ€™s best to provide these as soon as possible so we can book your interview or induction quickly.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Step 5: Interview & Onboarding

When your documents are received, the recruiter will arrange:

An interview for PCW/DSW roles, or

An induction session for RN, EN, or AIN roles.

If youโ€™re a PCW or DSW and complete your interview successfully, youโ€™ll progress to the induction stage.

For detailed steps on interviews and onboarding, please refer to the Work Instructions โ€“ Interview & Induction Process (linked below in Helpjuice).
