Discrimination or Harassment

Behaviour that offends, humiliates, intimidates, insults or ridicules another person.

Comments or actions based on personal attributes that a reasonable person would expect to cause offence or harm.

Sexual Harassment

Unwelcome physical contact or gestures of a sexual nature.

Inappropriate sexual comments, jokes, or remarks.

Sexual advances or propositions in person or online.

Conduct that could reasonably make someone feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

Other Forms of Harassment

Intrusive questions about private life.

Unwelcome calls, emails, or social-media contact.

Improper promises or threats about employment or shifts.

Any form of violence or intimidation.

Bullying Behaviour

Yelling, belittling, or degrading language.

Teasing, name-calling, or spreading rumours.

Making improper or unreasonable work demands.

Excluding or undermining a person deliberately.

⚠️ Note: Bullying does not include reasonable management action such as performance discussions, goal-setting, or constructive feedback when carried out respectfully.


🧭 Reporting Concerns

If you experience or witness harassment, bullying, or discrimination, report it immediately to:

Your People & Culture Manager, or

The Managing Director, or

An authorised delegate or supervisor

Reports are:

Treated confidentially

Managed promptly and fairly

Free from victimisation or retaliation
