iPhone/iPad (App Store): search β€œYNA”

Android (Google Play): search β€œYNA”

Already installed? Just update the app to get the latest features and improvements.


πŸ” Log in

Open the YNA app.

Enter your YNA Online username and password.

Select your location from the list.

Tap Log In.

No account or forgot password? Call your local YNA office and we’ll set you up or reset your password.


🏠 Home screen & navigation

After logging in, the Home screen shows a quick snapshot of your day:

Upcoming bookings

Available jobs

Your availability for the coming days

Use the bottom navigation bar to access:

Availability

Available Jobs / Bookings

Timesheets (eTimesheets)


βœ… Update your availability (AM / PM / Night)

Tap Availability in the bottom nav.

Select the day you want to update.

Tap the ring segments for AM / PM / Night to set your status.

Colour legend:

Grey β€” no availability set

Green β€” available for work

Red β€” not available

Blue β€” already booked for a YNA shift during that time

You can set availability as far in advance as you like. The earlier we know, the more likely you’ll be offered shifts that suit you.


πŸ”Ž View & request available shifts

Go to Available Jobs in the app.

You’ll only see shifts that match your location, availability, and skills.

Tap a shift to view details.

Tap Request if you wish to put your hand up.

Important: Requesting a shift does not automatically assign it to you. YNA will contact you to confirm the booking.


πŸ“… View your bookings

Open Bookings to see all upcoming bookings at a glance.

Tap any booking to see role, date/time, and location/address.


⏱ Electronic Timesheets (eTimesheets)

All booked shifts appear in the Timesheets section.

Submit an eTimesheet (after your shift)

In Timesheets, find the shift under Awaiting Approval and tap it.

Check details (role, time, site). If something changed, update the details.

Hand your phone to the client contact/authoriser to sign off your shift using one of the options below:

Option A β€” Authoriser has a YNA Online PIN

Tap Authorize via PIN

Authoriser selects their name from the list

Authoriser enters PIN to approve

Option B β€” Authoriser is not registered (signature capture)

Tap Authorize via Signature

Enter authoriser details, then sign and approve in-app

If you can’t complete an eTimesheet

If the authoriser prefers paper or your phone isn’t working:

Use your paper timesheet book to get a physical sign-off.

In the app, open the shift under Awaiting Approval β†’ tap Timesheet Photo.

Take a clear photo and confirm Looks good.

Tap Submit Paper Timesheet.

Keep your paper timesheet book with you as backup, just in case.
